Zlatan Ibrahimovic's agent dismisses Galatasaray rumours as 'lies'

Paris Saint-Germain star Zlatan Ibrahimovic's agent insists he has never met with Galatasaray regarding a potential move to Turkey, dismissing reports that negotiations are underway as "lies."

Ibrahimovic, 33, has been linked with a move away from PSG this summer, with a number of clubs reportedly interested in his signature.

Galatasaray manager Hamza Hamzaoglu said in June that his club will not pursue Ibrahimovic due to the costs involved, and the striker's agent Mino Raiola says reports suggesting he is in talks with the Turkish side are untrue.

"Never spoke to any turkish journalist about Zlatan in my life, going around are lies. I dont (sic) talk they invent," he wrote on Twitter. "Never met Galatasaray for Zlatan."

Ibrahimvoic, who is entering the final year of his contract at the Parc des Princes, backed up Raiola saying that he is happy in the French capital.

"I'm happy where I am, I have another year on my contract at PSG," he said according to the Chelsea-Transfer-News-Gossip-Zlatan-Ibrahimovic-MLS" target="_blank">Express.

"I like playing with great players, the club is growing and has big ambitions.

"It's willing to do everything to be the best and I'm enjoying myself. So, yes I'm a PSG player."

Despite claiming he is happy in Paris, Ibrahimovic says he will "surprise" everyone with his next move when he leaves next summer.

The Sweden captain was linked with a return to AC Milan earlier this summer, and has also spoken of his desire to play in MLS at some stage.
