Liverpool defender Jon Flanagan has moved to Burnley on loan for the 2016-17 season, the Anfield club have confirmed.
Flanagan, 23, will spend the campaign with the Clarets -- who were promoted back to the Premier League last season -- after recovering from a series of knee problems.
The Anfield academy graduate spent 20 months on the sidelines before returning to action in January.

A statement on Burnley's official website said: "Burnley Football Club is delighted to announce the signing of Liverpool defender Jon Flanagan on a season-long loan.
"He becomes the Clarets' third summer signing and adds strength to the defensive positions ahead of the upcoming Premier League campaign."
Flanagan signed a new long-term deal with Liverpool in March.
