Burnley have had a bid of around £10 million for Hull City attacker Robert Snodgrass accepted and are pushing ahead with a move for Norwich's Robbie Brady, sources close to the Lancashire club have told ESPN FC.
Snodgrass has been linked with several clubs during the window, with West Ham United and Middlesbrough having had offers rejected.
The Scotland international has been Hull's standout performer this season, scoring seven goals for the struggling club.
The former Leeds and Norwich midfielder has battled back from a serious knee injury which forced him to miss almost all of the 2014-15 season.
It remains to be seen whether West Ham or Middlesbrough will match Burnley's offer, with the player now expected to hold talks over a switch to Turf Moor.
The Clarets are continuing their efforts to sign Republic of Ireland international Brady, and sources have told ESPN FC that they have made an increased bid.
Brady is keen to move back to the Premier League with Burnley his first choice despite interest from other clubs.
