Morocco international winger Oussama Tannane will spend the 2016-17 campaign on loan at Las Palmas, the Spanish club announced on Friday
The 23-year-old made 29 league appearances for Ligue 1's Saint Etienne since arriving to the club 20 months ago from Dutch side Heracles.
Las Palmas can make Tannane's move permanent next summer for an undisclosed fee.
A statement from Las Palmas said: "Las Palmas reinforces its attack with Morocco international OussamaTannane, who joins on loan from Saint Etienne with a purchase option."
A youth product of Ajax and PSV Eindhoven,Tannane was linked with Hull City last December.
Now tied to Les Verts until June 2020, Tannane is currently in Rabat on international duty with Morocco for Friday's World Cup qualifier against Mali.
