Arjun Atwal shoots 1-over 71 in Memphis

Arjun Atwal shot three bogeys and two birdies on his way to registering a 1-over 71 in the third round of the PGA Tour St. Jude Classic in Memphis, Tennessee on Saturday. This brought Atwal to a score of 1-over 211 after 54 holes, and trailing overnight leader Daniel Berger by 11 shots.

Atwal began positively - with two level-par holes and a birdie at the 554-yard par-five 3rd - before three bogeys across the next nine holes. He went on to register another birdie on the 395-yard par-four 15th before closing out with three level par holes.

Atwal had finished with a tournament total of 1-under 279 at the St. Jude Classic last year, a score that had seen him finish tied-40th.

Atwal will be teeing for for his final round alongside USA's Billy Hurley III at 7:24 pm IST.
