Who had the best sneakers on Christmas Day?

While viewers may have been let down that Nike didn't outfit the 10 teams playing on Christmas Day in special holiday themed jerseys, players around the league still got in the spirit and broke out several green and red sneakers for the occasion.

With custom hand-painted kicks picking up steam all season long, Karl-Anthony Towns, Draymond Green and Marcus Morris each unveiled a specially penned pair of their go-to sneakers. Towns made use of the real estate on his size 20 Hyperdunk 2016s for a detailed Grinch-themed pair, a playful nod to Kobe Bryant's classic holiday theme as his Timberwolves went on to spoil Christmas for the Lakers.

Morris' pair of the universally loved Air Jordan 11s incorporated a straightforward green tone, accented by snowmen, clovers and snowflakes all around the shoe's main panel. Green, no stranger to jabs and trash talk, poked fun at the Cavaliers' many "Arthur" memes this season. The heel of his Hyperdunks featured a cartoon depiction of Arthur celebrating alongside a tree.

While most Christmas kicks stuck to traditional holiday hues, Nick Young's pair of retro Adidas caught everyone by surprise and had sneakerheads buzzing. Honoring recently inducted Hall of Famer and Adidas brandmate Tracy McGrady, "Swaggy P" wore a mismatched pair of the TMac 3 in bold yellow and royal. The moment recreated one of McGrady's greatest sneakers, the mismatched red and royal pair he wore for the 2004 All-Star Game.
