Orlando Magic forward Al-Farouq Aminu had surgery Tuesday to repair a torn meniscus in his right knee and is out indefinitely, the team announced.
Aminu has missed 19 games after suffering the injury on Nov. 29 against the Toronto Raptors.
He'll be reevaluated in about 12 weeks, the team said.
Aminu, 29, is averaging 4.3 points and 4.8 rebounds in 18 games this season, his first with Orlando.
