The Phoenix Suns claimed big man Frank Kaminsky off waivers, sources told ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski.
Kaminsky returns to the Suns after signing with the Kings in the offseason and getting cut this past weekend.
The Kings had signed the former lottery pick to a one-year contract last month after the Suns declined his $5.2 million option for the 2020-21 season.
In four preseason games with the Kings, Kaminsky averaged 5.3 points in 7.6 minutes per game.
The 7-footer has career averages of 9.8 points, 4.0 rebounds and 1.6 assists in 321 games over five seasons.
