LaRon Landry out against 49ers

INDIANAPOLIS –- The injuries continue to pile up for the Indianapolis Colts.

Starting safety LaRon Landry will miss Sunday's game against the San Francisco 49ers with an ankle injury. Landry, who leads the league with 26 tackles, injured his ankle in last weekend's game against the Miami Dolphins.

Joe Lefeged or Sergio Brown will likely start in his place.

The Colts could also be without starting linebacker Pat Angerer. He's doubtful with a knee injury, which has kept him out of practice all week. Angerer missed the season opener against Oakland on Sept. 8 with a concussion.

Defensive lineman Cory Redding (back), safety Antoine Bethea (toe) and center Samson Satele (elbow) are all questionable.

The Colts have already lost running back Vick Ballard (knee), tight end Dwayne Allen (hip) and guard Donald Thomas (quad) to season-ending injuries.
