Week 11 fantasy advice: Watch out for Jonathan Stewart, Wes Welker, Jordan Reed, Cole Beasley

ESPN has planted spies in every NFL locker room -- OK, so they're our NFL Nation team reporters -- in order to provide fantasy owners with inside intel to help you win your leagues. Here's a collection of fantasy-lineup advice pulled straight from the locker rooms and practice fields of every team.

Here is our NFL Nation reporters' Week 11 fantasy advice.

Arizona Cardinals: Andre Ellington’s 35 snaps in Seattle were the amount Cardinals coach Bruce Arians envisioned for Ellington this season. His touches haven’t been consistent but he made the most of his time on the field last week with a 48-yard touchdown run to give him 88 yards for the game. With Cincinnati allowing 4.7 yards per carry, the fourth most in the league, Sunday night could give Ellington another opportunity to break big runs after Chris Johnson wears down the defense. -- Josh Weinfuss

Atlanta Falcons: Matt Ryan said he used the bye week to reflect on what went wrong the first nine games and plans to improve his accuracy, so expect that to happen against the Colts at home. This might mean little to those not involved, but Julio Jones noted how Ryan hit 17 of 18 passes during Wednesday’s practice. If Ryan gets back to being the player he is known to be, watch out. The Colts give up 279.3 passing yards per game and 7.37 passing yards per play, so Ryan has a chance to have success against this defense. -- Vaughn McClure
