Stefon Diggs' signing with Maryland was felt throughout the mid-Atlantic region.
Randy Edsall is hoping the reverberations carry even further.
"I think what happened [Friday night when Diggs signed] sends a huge message out there in terms of what Maryland is all about," said Edsall, who is entering his second season as the Terrapins' head coach. "I think people throughout the country are going to take notice. It's just a huge boost for what we want to get accomplished here at Maryland."
