ISL: Mohun Bagan won the Kolkata derby with a 1-0 win over 10-man East Bengal; Mohammedan SC scored late to stun Bengaluru FC with a 1-0 win.
IWL: Nita FA and Sethu FC picked up wins over HOPS FC and Sribhumi FC respectively to begin their IWL campaigns in style.
