McLaren-Honda might be climbing a "high mountain" but Fernando Alonso has been tackling something a little less challenging - an exercise ball and a smash hit song.
On Thursday Alonso posted a training montage for his followers on YouTube, backed by Mark Ronson and Bruno Mars' hit "Uptown Funk". The 38-second video shows Alonso balancing on and then exercising with the exercise ball, before a close up of the Spanish double world champion running on a treadmill.
The bizarre video, shot in a grainy format, comes just a week after Alonso watched his former team, Ferrari, win in Malaysia, just two races into the post-Alonso era. In the same race, McLaren suffered a double DNF after being the slowest cars to complete qualifying.
Anything to take your mind off it, Fernando.
