Max Verstappen has been voted Driver of the Day for his surprise podium at the Austrian Grand Prix.
Verstappen started eighth on the grid but strung out his second stint for 56 laps, moving ahead of Kimi Raikkonen in the pit stop window. The Dutch driver was elevated from third to second when Nico Rosberg and Lewis Hamilton collided ahead of him.
It is Verstappen's third award of the season, having been voted as the driver of the day for his maiden win in Spain and for his aggressive drive to fourth at the Canadian Grand Prix.
