MARINA BAY, Singapore -- Romain Grosjean has moved five places back on the Singapore Grand Prix grid after taking a penalty for a gearbox change.
Grosjean crashed into the wall at Turn 10 during Q2 in Singapore, damaging the rear of the car. After investigating the damage, Haas replaced the gearbox on Grosjean's car which resulted in a five-place grid penalty.
Grosjean will now start the race 19th behind Jolyon Palmer and ahead of Pascal Wehrlein.
