We see that Mario Balotelli has been on Twitter again.
Let's review: the Italian striker has had a torrid time at Liverpool since joining for £16 million in August of 2014, scoring just once in 16 official appearances and an underwhelming season on loan at Milan (20 games, one goal). Reds legend and current pundit Jamie Carragher has made no secret of his feelings about Balotelli over the years, either: back in March, the 38-year-old rated Balotelli as the joint-worst signing in Liverpool history alongside Alberto Aquilani and El-Hadji Diouf during a wide-ranging Q&A with the Daily Mail.
Flash forward to the summer transfer window and Balotelli's exit. So this tweet from Carragher after Balotelli's exit was confirmed...
Balotelli on a free is still paying over the odds by Nice.

It's a great response to a solid quip by Carragher, meaning we might call this one a draw. And bonus points for a nifty bit of what looks like ClipArt!
Now that Balotelli is in Ligue 1, will he be able to rehabilitate his career before a big next move a la Hatem Ben Arfa, who shone for the French side last season before sealing a free transfer to Paris Saint-Germain?
As with all things Balo, only time will tell.
