Memphis Depay to Everton
Various new outlets report Memphis Depay is available for loan in January and, after the exploits of the Everton social media team, it appears the Merseysiders are really in for the player. Depay was once a target of their neighbours Liverpool and it appears Koeman is keen to bring his compatriot to Goodison in an attempt to bolster his attacking options.
Philippe Coutinho to Barcelona
Barcelona legend Xavi called Philippe Coutinho a "special player" who would fit the "Barcelona philosophy very well" as the club continued its public charm offensive. Catalan media outlet Sport linked Barcelona with a move for Coutinho on the back of some stunning performances for both club and country. The little Brazilian is reportedly at the top of a list of targets Barca boss Luis Enrique has put together.
Michael Keane to Manchester United
In October, Burnley defender Keane was quoted as saying "I wanted to prove United wrong." What better way to do that than to return to Old Trafford as a starter at the heart of a Jose Mourinho defence? United seem keen to be reunited with the defender they sold almost two years ago too. ESPN FC report the club are looking at the possibility of bringing him back but he won't be cheap. Had United been patient with both Keane and Pogba they could have saved themselves close to £100 million.
Kostas Manolas to Chelsea
The Evening Standard report contract talks between Kostas Manolas and Roma have broken down, with the Serie A club refusing to meet his wage demands giving Chelsea renewed hope of bringing the Greek centre-back to the club in January. Manolas reportedly wants £50,000-a-week -- something Chelsea would have no problem paying.
Steven Gerrard to Celtic
Liverpool legend Steven Gerrard has now officially left LA Galaxy and is back on the market. Various reports suggest he is set to link up former manager Brendan Rodgers in a player/coach capacity and Celtic players have already taken to the press to air their excitement. Many expected Gerrard to return to Liverpool and join Jurgen Klopp's revolution, but the player himself admitted no talks had taken place just a few weeks ago.
