Over in the Swedish top flight, Hammarby brought a four-game winless run to an abrupt end on Monday night with a comprehensive 3-0 victory over Gothenborg.
Sure enough, it was talismanic midfielder Kennedy Bakircioglu who came off the bench to seal the win with a fine 25-yard freekick. However, Bakircioglu soon eclipsed his goal with an even better celebration that involved skilfully catching a beer hurled from the stands and taking a triumphant swig.

Nice take. Fine technique.
Bakircioglu is a bona fide club legend at Hammarby, having begun his career there as a teenager before moving away, returning, playing an integral part in a promotion campaign and scoring the last ever goal at the team's old stadium, etc, etc.
He is also something of a legend among fans of the Football/Championship Manager game franchise, having found fame as a "hidden gem" signed by countless players in the 00/01 and 01/02 editions.
