Hull have completed the double signing of Porto midfielder Evandro Goebel and striker Oumar Niasse from Everton.
Brazilian Evandro, 30, has signed on a two-and-a-half-year deal for an undisclosed fee and is reunited with Hull's new head coach Marco Silva after the pair worked together at Estoril.
Senegal international Niasse, 26, has joined on loan until the end of the season. Niasse has spent the season playing for Everton's under-23s after he was not even given a squad number by Ronald Koeman and is yet to score a Premier League goal since joining the Toffees from Lokomotiv Moscow last winter for £13.5 million.

Silva is waiting to learn whether both new signings will be available for his first Premier League game in charge on Saturday against Bournemouth.
The Tigers have yet to receive international clearance for Evandro, who has signed a two-and-a-half-year deal and teams back up with Silva after the pair worked together at Estoril.
"At this moment I don't know if they are available or not for the game tomorrow,'' Silva said. "It's possible, but we'll see. These are two players who have come to improve our squad in two positions we needed.
"Evandro's a smart, clever player. He's a creative midfielder who has come to help our team. He's an expressive player. He always tries to do things well, which is important. He's a very good professional.
"Niasse is a striker, a strong, fast player. He's not a normal No. 9, always playing in a fixed position.''
Silva confirmed he was still looking to add to his squad in his bid to steer the Tigers off the foot of the table.
"I'm happy because we signed these two players and next week, maybe, we have more news,'' he said. "It's important for the players, the club, for our fans also.''
Silva refused to be drawn on the future of midfielder Robert Snodgrass or confirm whether West Ham had made an improved bid after an initial offer last week had been turned down.
"It's not the most important to talk about this,'' Silva said. "I want the player focused on the game tomorrow, that's most important for me and for our team and our players.
"We've spoken of course, but at this moment he's our player and he's an important player for our team and for now there is nothing new. Snodgrass is a good player. He's had a good season, but he's our player. He's important for us.''
Silva said he wanted to strengthen his defence and add at least one winger to his squad.
"If you pay attention, our squad is playing one system at this moment,'' he added. "We don't have real, natural wingers in our squad and we're trying to add them to it.''
Evandro featured in 41 games in his first two seasons for Porto after signing for an undisclosed fee from Estoril in the summer of 2014, but made his sole appearance in the current campaign as a late substitute in the Champions League draw in Copenhagen in November.
The deals bolster a Hull squad that has been further depleted by the loss of Markus Henriksen to injury for two to three months.
"Markus Henriksen is likely to be sidelined for two to three months with a shoulder injury picked up during Tuesday night's EFL Cup tie with Manchester United,'' the club stated on their official website. "The Norwegian international met with a consultant yesterday following scans and will now be out for a prolonged amount of time.
"We wish Markus well with his recovery.''
