Ex-Melbourne City forward Corey Gameiro will attempt to resurrect his injury-hit A-League career at the Brisbane Roar.
Gameiro has signed for next season after missing City's 2016-17 campaign with an ACL injury, enduring his third knee reconstruction in four seasons.
He was axed by City in May and hasn't started a match since November 2015.
The 24-year-old Gameiro, a former Australian youth representative, has 33 A-League caps after also spending time at Wellington and Sydney FC.
Gameiro is expected to begin preseason training with the Roar on Thursday.
His joins former Melbourne Victory defender Fahid Ben Khalfallah as the club's major offseason signings, while Thomas Broich, Jamie McLaren, Brandon Borrello and Tommy Oar have departed.
