Ashley Williams has joined Stoke City on a season-long loan from Everton, the Championship club announced on Thursday.
Williams, 33, made more than 300 appearances for Swansea City during his career, while recording 79 caps for Wales.

Stoke boss Gary Rowett said: "We have two very good senior central defenders in Ryan Shawcross and Bruno Martins Indi but I felt it was important we brought in another experienced player to add to the competition for places."
Stoke, who were relegated from the Premier League last season, have now made six signings this summer, with Williams joining new arrivals Benik Afobe, Peter Etebo, James McClean, Tom Ince and Adam Federici.
