England and Netherlands started their Euro 2024 campaign with victories. England's Jude Bellingham scored the only goal of the match against Serbia while Cody Gakpo and Wout Weghorst netted for the Dutch in 2-1 win over Poland.
In the other match on June 16, Christian Eriksen opened the scoring for Denmark but their match ended in a 1-1 draw after Erik Janza equalised for Slovenia in the 77th minute.

Juan Valeron was on the field for 36 seconds after coming on and scoring with his first touch for Spain against Russia in 2004 - the fastest to ever do so.
