Featherweight champion Max Holloway will be looking to add an interim lightweight belt to his trophy case when he faces Dustin Poirier on April 13 in the main event of UFC 236 at State Farm Arena in Atlanta. The main card is on pay-per-view, beginning at 10 p.m. ET and available exclusively through ESPN+. The Prelims are on ESPN and ESPN Deportes at 8 p.m., with early prelims on ESPN+ and UFC Fight Pass beginning at 6:15.
The co-main event is also an interim title bout, as middleweight Kelvin Gastelum takes on Israel Adesanya.

The UFC opted to put interim belts on the line because of the unavailability of its champions at those two weight classes. Middleweight belt-holder Robert Whittaker is recovering from emergency hernia surgery he underwent on the February night he was scheduled to defend against Gastelum. The lightweight champion, Khabib Nurmagomedov, is under suspension for leaving the Octagon and brawling with Conor McGregor's cornermen after he submitted the Irishman back in October.
