In this excerpt from Unlocking Victory on ESPN+, Dominick Cruz and Gilbert Melendez break down Amanda Nunes' knockout of Cris Cyborg. (1:05)

Amanda Nunes is a two-division UFC champion, and on Saturday she will be putting her featherweight belt on the line for the first time when she faces Felicia Spencer in the main event of UFC 250 at the promotion's Apex facility in Las Vegas.

The main card begins at 10 p.m. ET on pay-per-view, which fans can purchase here. Prelims are on ESPN beginning at 6 p.m.

Nunes (19-4), who is also the bantamweight champ, has won 10 fights in a row. Among those victories are five defenses of her 135-pound belt.

Spencer (8-1) earned her title shot with a first-round knockout of Zarah Fairn in February. She is a former featherweight champ in the all-women Invicta FC.

Beyond the main event, there are several other fights of consequence, including three in the men's bantamweight division. Aljamain Sterling faces Cory Sandhagen with a title shot likely on the line. Former champ Cody Garbrandt tries to bounce back from three straight knockout losses and an absence of over a year when he takes on Raphael Assuncao. And rising star Sean O'Malley seeks to further build his name in a fight with veteran ex-WEC titlist Eddie Wineland.
