Denver Nuggets rookie forward Tyler Lydon will miss four months after surgery on his left knee on Friday, league sources told ESPN.
The Nuggets announced that Lydon had undergone knee surgery but didn't disclose a timetable.
Lydon, the 24th overall pick out of Syracuse, was injured on Wednesday as member of the Rio Grande Valley Vipers of the NBA G League. He was on assignment from the Nuggets and had played only one game this season.
Lydon, 21, was acquired in a draft night deal with the Utah Jazz.
