As we head toward the start of OTAs, several significant NFL transactions already have taken place: We've powered through free agency, the NFL draft, the coaching and front-office hiring cycle, plus a robust number of trades.
This isn't to say that there won't be further moves that will impact the league: Dez Bryant, for example, remains on the hunt for a new home after his departure from Dallas. And, as there is each offseason, there will be unexpected moves before the regular-season opener between the Philadelphia Eagles and Atlanta Falcons.
But with a bevy of activity already under our belts, it signaled an opportunity to take the pulse of some of those around the league to see which moves impressed. Specifically, I polled coaches and evaluators to get a feel for their favorite moves of the offseason.
