India at Paris Olympics 2024: Manu-Sarabjot win bronze medal, India beat Ireland in hockey

Welcome to Day 4 of the Paris Olympics 2024, and India have increased their medal tally by one after Manu Bhaker combined with Sarabjot Singh to take bronze in the mixed 10m pistol team event. There's more happening, though, with Indian athletes continuing to remain in the fray across sports.

Hockey: India beat Ireland 2-0 in hockey

Shooting: Manu Bhaker and Sarabjot Singh win the bronze medal in 10m mixed team air pistol event. Meanwhile, Indian rower Balraj Singh finished fifth in the men's sculls quarterfinal and is out of contention for a medal.

Archery: Bhajan Kaur is through to next round while Ankita Bhakat is knocked out.

Badminton: Satwik-Chirag beat Indonesia's Fajar Alfian and Muhammad Ardianto in men's badminton doubles group stage.

Boxing: Amit Panghal loses to Patrick Chinyemba of Zambia round of 32 bout.

Archery: Dhiraj Bommadevara lost in a shootoff to Erik Peters of Canada in the second round (round-of-32)
