Crusaders coach Scott Robertson believes the British & Irish Lions will take confidence from Saturday's victory, but says the All Blacks will be better equipped to deal with their game plan.
The Lions ended what coach Warren Gatland described as a "challenging" week on a high, securing their first Super Rugby scalp of the New Zealand tour.
Crusaders had gone into the match unbeaten, and averaging 37 points a game this season, but rarely looked like crossing the try line as they were denied possession and territory.
"It's not what we're used to here in Super Rugby, there's usually a few tries," Robertson said. "But they found a way to win, good luck to them.
"They're going to be better for that game and they'll obviously take more confidence going into those Test matches."
However, Robertson does not believe the performance will have worried All Blacks coach Steve Hansen unduly.
"We thought they were going to play that way and he [Hansen] knows they will," Robertson said.
"He'll have done a lot of homework and he'll have the All Blacks ready to turn them around a little bit better than what we did tonight."
