Watch: Bills don't finish tackle, Julian Edelman gets up and scores

FOXBOROUGH, Mass. -- New England Patriots receiver Julian Edelman proved Sunday how looks can be deceiving.

Leading 14-6, the Patriots went for it on fourth-and-4 from the Bills’ 32, and Tom Brady looked to Edelman on an in-breaking route. Edelman caught it at the 27-yard line for the first down, and because the delivery was perfectly placed, Edelman never broke stride as he built speed up the field to the 17.

That’s when Bills safety Rafael Bush grabbed Edelman high from behind, with teammate Jordan Poyer lowering his shoulder as he got underneath Edelman as he was being driven into the ground.

Edelman spun out of the double-team tackle. His buttocks nearly hit the ground before he popped up to run the final 15 yards to the end zone.

It was a highlight play for Edelman on a day in which he had been penalized twice and been quiet up to that point.
