Western Pennsylvania prides itself on its high school football, and once again the area is deep with talent. But the rest of the Keystone State is starting to catch up.
Not surprisingly, the top two players in Pennsylvania -- Robert Foster (Monica, Pa./Central Valley) and Dorian Johnson (Belle Vernon, Pa./Belle Vernon) -- come from the Pittsburgh area. The rest of the top 10 is filled with prospects throughout the state, though.
Five players in the top 10 are east of State College -- a central point -- and Mike McGlinchey (Philadelphia/Penn Charter) and David Williams (Philadelphia/Imhotep Charter) are both in Philadelphia, long considered a basketball city.
