Randy Gregory Moves up one spot to No. 2 and Marquel Combs falls from No. 1 to No. 3. The wild card in the rankings is WR Courtney Gardner, who sits at No. 8 right now due to concerns about his academic standing. If his future there was a little more certain, he would be the top prospect on our board.
