The state of Texas is one of the top producers of talent in the nation, and programs from all over come to the Lone Star State to recruit prospects every year. The state is also a key recruiting ground for the Big 12 conference, not only because four member programs reside within the state, but because more than half the prospects signed by the entire conference come from this state.
