While this isn't the last Sunday of the season, it could be the last one in which pitchers won't be lifted early, depending on their team's playoff chances. Note, along with the Sunday night ESPN game between the Angels and Astros, the 12:10 p.m. ET start between the Twins and Tigers keeps that contest off the main slate as well. The stretch of nice weather continues with no games under any threat.
