Swansea legend Lee Trundle scores cheeky penalty in charity game

Having made his name as a lower league showboat specialist during Swansea City's years in the Football League, Lee Trundle has once again proved that, at the age of 40, he very much still has "it".

Turning out for a team of Swansea All-Stars on Sunday, Trundle lit up the game against Briton Ferry Llansawel Over-35s by helping himself to a double hat trick, including a truly mind-bending trick penalty kick.

While stepping up to the spot, Trundle feigned to tie his boot lace only to prod the ball into the back of the net before the dumbfounded Llansawel goalkeeper even began to grasp what had happened.

Indeed, like the goalkeeper, you may have to watch it again too.
