Another exciting evening of Euro 2024 action saw Luka Jovic score a 95th minute last-gasp equalizer to rescue Serbia from the jaws of defeat, which retains their hopes of making it past the group stage.

Elsewhere, Harry Kane's strike wasn't enough to take England past Denmark as they were held to a 1-1 draw but Gareth Southgate's men are firmly leading the table with four points from two games. Spain extended their unbeaten start to the tournament as Riccardo Calafiori's own goal saw them notch up a 1-0 win over Italy.

ESPN's By The Numbers brings you best stats from all the Euro 2024 action on June 20:

Denmark 1-1 England

Trent Alexander-Arnold created more chances (3) and played more line-breaking passes in the final third (5) than all the English players against Denmark. This is despite him being subbed off in the 54th minute.

1 and 10

England's Jude Bellingham created just 1 chance in the entire match and lost 10 duels, most by an England player in the match.

This edition has now seen 13 goals scored from outside the box, already more than in the entire group stage of Euro 2020 (12).

1.38 xG

England have generated 1.38 Expected Goals in two matches so far. According to Squawka, Germany's Kai Havertz has generated 1.15 xG on his own from his 121 minutes so far in the tournament.

Morten Hjulmand's goal was scored from the furthest distance (30.9 meters) since a strike from Gareth Bale in Euro 2016, where he scored from 32.7 meters out vs...England.

Italy vs Spain

6

Spain are unbeaten in their last 6 games vs Italy, which is their longest unbeaten streak in the rivalry and tied for longest by either team (Italy were unbeaten in 6 matches between 1931-59).

4

Italy had a total of four shots against Spain (and one on target), which is their least in a game at the Euros since 1980.

Riccardo Calafiori becomes only the second Italian player to concede an own goal at the Euros/World Cup. The last player to do so was Cristian Zaccardo at the 2006 World Cup.

Slovenia 1-1 Serbia
