J.R. Smith is back at Cavaliers practice and thriving. It's no secret Smith is "happy and proud" to continue his career with Cleveland, and his practice game shows it.

Smith nailed swish 3s all around the arc in his first practice since re-signing with the Cavs, and it appears he doesn't plan on slowing down anytime soon.
The free-agent shooting guard sat out most of training camp but was re-signed Saturday by the defending NBA champs to a four-year, $57 million contract.
Smith was huge for the Cavs in helping them win their first championship -- and the first by any Cleveland sports franchise since 1964. He shot a franchise-record 204 3-pointers last season.
And, judging by this practice video, he might be looking to challenge that mark this season.
