NFL Nation reporters predict the outcomes and scores for Sunday's and Monday's Week 3 games.
CARDINALS AT BILLS

Arizona Cardinals
The Bills are 0-2 and have a new offensive coordinator whose tendencies can't be studied because there isn't any tape on him. And they're traveling cross-country for their first road game. Other than that, this is a game the Cardinals should win -- big. The Bills' defense is ranked 24th in passing yards per game and 30th in passing yards per play, and will be facing a Cardinals offense that is ranked eighth in passing yards per game and sixth in passing yards per play. Cardinals 34, Bills 21. -- Josh Weinfuss

Buffalo Bills
Coach Rex Ryan's decision to fire offensive coordinator Greg Roman conveniently shifted attention away from his defense. The offensive change might not matter, as the Bills allowed 319 receiving yards to Jets receivers Eric Decker, Brandon Marshall and Quincy Enunwa, who are all 6-foot-2 or taller. The Cardinals boast similar height. Advantage: Arizona. Cardinals 37, Bills 20. -- Mike Rodak
RAIDERS AT TITANS

Oakland Raiders
The Raiders are the first team since the 1970 AFL-NFL merger to give up 500-plus yards of offense in each of its first two games, having surrendered a combined 1,035 yards to the Saints and Falcons. And yet, Oakland's offense is the top-ranked unit in the league. Still, until the Raiders show they can stop somebody, it's hard to roll with them ... especially on the road against a much-improved Tennessee offense. Titans 28, Raiders 27. -- Paul Gutierrez
