For the first time this season, the top three teams remain unchanged from their positions the previous week in ESPN's NFL Power Rankings. ESPN's power panel (a group of more than 80 writers, editors and TV personalities) left Dallas as the No. 1-ranked team, Seattle at No. 2 and New England at No. 3.
The Raiders, who beat Houston 27-20 on Monday night in Mexico City, moved up two spots to break into the top five. The Giants made the biggest positive leap this week, jumping up to No. 6 from No. 16 in the Week 11 rankings.
Methodology note: These rankings reflect which teams voters think would win head-to-head matchups. Higher-ranked teams would be favored against lower-ranked teams. Coming off a win doesn't guarantee a jump, and coming off a loss doesn't guarantee a fall.

1. Dallas Cowboys
2016 record: 9-1 | Week 11 ranking: 1
The Cowboys enter their Thanksgiving game riding the longest single-season winning streak in franchise history. Give thanks to Dak Prescott, who has completed an NFL-best 78.8 percent of his passes in the fourth quarter and overtime since Week 2, including completions on 24 of his past 26 attempts.
2. Seattle Seahawks
2016 record: 7-2-1 | Week 11 ranking: 2
The Seahawks rushed for a season-high 152 yards Sunday after averaging less than half that (77.7 per game) entering the week, despite the dearth of healthy running backs. With an injured C.J. Prosise out for an extended period of time, Thomas Rawls likely reclaims the starting running back job this week in Tampa.
3. New England Patriots
2016 record: 8-2 | Week 11 ranking: 3
Including playoffs, QB Tom Brady won career game No. 199 in San Francisco this past week, tying him with Brett Favre for second most all time. A win this week against the Jets would tie Brady with a familiar face, Peyton Manning, for most all time.
4. Oakland Raiders
2016 record: 8-2 | Week 11 ranking: 6
Just win, baby. That's all the Raiders seem to know how to do anymore, improving to 8-2 behind a fourth-quarter comeback fueled by two Derek Carr touchdown passes. Carr now has nine touchdown passes in the fourth quarter and overtime this season, tied for second most in the NFL. The visiting Panthers are up next.
5. Denver Broncos
2016 record: 7-3 | Week 11 ranking: 4
The Broncos' offense has been underwhelming this season, averaging just 1.79 points per drive (18th in the NFL). That's actually an improvement over last season though, when they averaged 1.56 per drive (24th). The Chiefs await in Week 12.
6. New York Giants
2016 record: 7-3 | Week 11 ranking: 16
Have the Giants ever fallen this far under the radar? They have the second-longest active winning streak in the NFL (five games, tied with the Dolphins) and have a great chance to extend the streak this week against the winless Browns.
7. Kansas City Chiefs
2016 record: 7-3 | Week 11 ranking: 5
Alex Smith has as many touchdown passes as Case Keenum this season (nine). Let that sink in for a moment, because the Chiefs are 7-3 this season (6-3 when Smith starts). Who knows how good they'd be if they had better quarterback play? Smith will need to be good this week against the Broncos' stout defense.
8. Atlanta Falcons
2016 record: 6-4 | Week 11 ranking: 7
The Falcons are the only team averaging more than 30 points per game this season, but that offense is about to be put to the test. Atlanta's next three games are against the Cardinals, Chiefs and Rams, who all rank top 10 in fewest points allowed this season.
9. Washington Redskins
2016 record: 6-3-1 | Week 11 ranking: 11
The Redskins are 6-1-1 since losing their first two games of the season. That .813 winning percentage since Week 3 is tied for third best in the NFL. One of the teams that's better? The Cowboys, who Washington hopes to upend on Thanksgiving.
10. Detroit Lions
2016 record: 6-4 | Week 11 ranking: 12
Some will likely be at dinner or already deep in a post-dinner nap when the Vikings-Lions game comes to an end on Thanksgiving, but sneak a peek when you can, because you'll likely catch a wild comeback. The Lions have trailed in the fourth quarter of every game this season, yet they sit at 6-4 overall.
11. Miami Dolphins
2016 record: 6-4 | Week 11 ranking: 17
The Dolphins have won five straight, but each of their past four wins has come after trailing in the fourth quarter. How's this for Florida ties? According to Elias Sports Bureau, Tim Tebow's 2011 Denver squad was the last team to win four straight despite trailing in the fourth quarter of each game.
12. Minnesota Vikings
2016 record: 6-4 | Week 11 ranking: 15
The Vikings have played three games this season in which the defense and special teams scored as many (or more) touchdowns as the offense. That's great for the defense and special teams but not a ringing endorsement for the offense. The NFC North lead is on the line in Detroit on Thanksgiving.
13. Pittsburgh Steelers
2016 record: 5-5 | Week 11 ranking: 9
There's no remedy for a losing streak like a win against the Browns, at least for QB Ben Roethlisberger, who is now 20-2 lifetime against Cleveland. Up next is another favorite for Roethlisberger: the Colts. Forget "the tackle," the Steelers QB has 10 touchdowns with no picks in his past two games against Indy.
14. Baltimore Ravens
2016 record: 5-5 | Week 11 ranking: 13
The AFC North is underwhelming this season, which is why at 5-5, the Ravens sit atop the division. But three of the Ravens' five wins have come against the Browns and Jaguars, who are a combined 2-19 this season. The Bengals are only 3-6-1 but should provide a tougher test this week.
15. Philadelphia Eagles
2016 record: 5-5 | Week 11 ranking: 8
Less than 11 months ago, QB Carson Wentz was battling Jacksonville State. Now he's coming off a battle with "The Legion of Boom." Wentz may be coming down to earth, but remember, he is still a rookie. He'll have a chance to pad his stats against the depleted Packers secondary on Monday night.
16. Houston Texans
2016 record: 6-4 | Week 11 ranking: 14
Maybe Dr. Evil is a Raiders fan? Not ideal for laser pointers to be directed toward QB Brock Osweiler's gaze, but shenanigans aside, the Texans blew their first fourth-quarter lead of the season Monday night and lost their first one-possession game. Houston returns home to host the Chargers in Week 12.
17. Buffalo Bills
2016 record: 5-5 | Week 11 ranking: 21
The Bills actually boast the top rushing offense in the NFL, leading in yards per game, yards per rush and touchdowns, which has kept the team in the playoff hunt. The Bills will look to run all over the Jaguars to get back over .500 this week.
18. Indianapolis Colts
2016 record: 5-5 | Week 11 ranking: 27
The Colts like to make things interesting, and that was on full display this past week after they nearly blew a 21-point lead against the Titans. The Colts held on and now look to win three straight when they host Pittsburgh on Thanksgiving night.
19. Tennessee Titans
2016 record: 5-6 | Week 11 ranking: 19
The Titans have lost when they were 0-0, 1-1, 3-3, 4-4 and 5-5 this season, seemingly unable to get over the .500 hump. No team has had more chances to go over .500 this season, and no team has lost more chances. The Titans hope to get back to .500 this week at Chicago.
20. Carolina Panthers
2016 record: 4-6 | Week 11 ranking: 24
The Panthers have won three of their past four and, at 4-6, aren't far behind the division-leading Falcons at 6-4. NFL FPI gives the Panthers only a 5.5 percent chance of making the playoffs, but stranger things have happened. Carolina hopes to get its second win in as many weeks at Oakland in Week 12.
21. Arizona Cardinals
2016 record: 4-5-1 | Week 11 ranking: 16
Bruce Arians was hospitalized Monday, and we certainly wish him the best. Few coaches have been as successful as Arians. The Cardinals have a .664 winning percentage since he joined the franchise in 2013, tied for fourth best during that time. Arizona plays at Atlanta on Sunday.
22. Tampa Bay Buccaneers
2016 record: 5-5 | Week 11 ranking: 25
The Buccaneers have won road games at Atlanta, Carolina and Kansas City this season but are just 1-4 at home in Raymond James Stadium. Thanks to the road victories, Tampa Bay sits at 5-5 overall heading into its Week 12 game against Seattle.
23. New Orleans Saints
2016 record: 4-6 | Week 11 ranking: 20
The Saints fought back to a 4-4 record after an 0-3 start but have lost the past two weeks. Turnovers have been the biggest issue, with six giveaways in the past two games leading to 23 opponent points. The Saints look to buckle down against the Rams in Week 12.
24. Green Bay Packers
2016 record: 4-6 | Week 11 ranking: 22
The Packers' defense has allowed 27.6 points per game this season. That's the most points per game allowed by a Packers defense since 1958, when the unit allowed 31.8. Can Green Bay win at Philadelphia in Week 12 to prevent a five-game losing streak?
25. San Diego Chargers
2016 record: 4-6 | Week 11 ranking: 23
Last time we saw Philip Rivers, he threw a pick-six in a tie game with about a minute remaining in regulation. Losses like the Week 10 one to Miami are hard to come back from, but the Chargers will look to do just that at Houston on Sunday.
26. Cincinnati Bengals
2016 record: 3-6-1 | Week 11 ranking: 18
Prior to Week 11, receiver A.J. Green had accounted for 38 percent of the Bengals' receiving yards this season, highest in the NFL. That'll be a huge chunk of production to replace for a team in need of wins. We'll see how QB Andy Dalton adjusts this week at Baltimore.
27. Los Angeles Rams
2016 record: 4-6 | Week 11 ranking: 26
Jared Goff's debut was less than stellar but par for the course as far as Rams quarterbacks are concerned. Goff led the Rams to their fourth straight effort of 10 or fewer points, the franchise's longest streak since 2011, a season in which they went 2-14.
28. New York Jets
2016 record: 3-7 | Week 11 ranking: 28
Bryce Petty or Ryan Fitzpatrick? Does it even matter who is starting at QB for New York? The 3-7 Jets have a 0.1 percent chance of making the playoffs according to NFL FPI. The Patriots come to town this week, and despite QB Tom Brady's hot streak, it might not be a guaranteed win for New England. The Jets are 4-3 in their past seven home games against the Patriots.
29. Chicago Bears
2016 record: 2-8 | Week 11 ranking: 29
Kevin White, Zach Miller and Leonard Floyd are all injured. Alshon Jeffery is suspended. It has been a rough season in Chicago, as the Bears are off to their worst 10-game start since 2002. The Bears host the Titans on Sunday.
30. Jacksonville Jaguars
2016 record: 2-8 | Week 11 ranking: 30
The Jaguars have lost five straight, committing 13 turnovers with only two takeaways in that time. Also, the Jaguars have led for a whopping 10 offensive plays in that stretch. Can they turn the corner in Buffalo this week?
31. San Francisco 49ers
2016 record: 1-9 | Week 11 ranking: 31
Nine straight losses. That's tied for the longest losing streak in franchise history (1978). To avoid setting the franchise record for consecutive losses, they'll need to beat a Dolphins team that has won five straight.
32. Cleveland Browns
2016 record: 0-11 | Week 11 ranking: 32
Our Football Power Index now gives the Browns a 24 percent chance of losing out. The last team to lose 11 straight to start the season was the 2011 Colts, who didn't win until their 14th game. The Giants, who have won five straight, come to Cleveland this week.
