Wesley Woodyard highlights Tennessee Titans' undrafted free agents

Undrafted free agents: Antonio Andrews, RB; Byron Bell, RT; Beau Brinkley, LS; Yannik Cudjoe-Virgil, OLB; Steven Johnson, LB; Brett Kern, P; Ropati Pitoitua, DE; Cody Riggs, CB; Quinton Spain, LG; Justin Staples, LB; Phillip Supernaw, TE; Andrew Turzilli, WR; Wesley Woodyard, ILB.

Starts: Andrews (7), Bell (12), Spain (2), Woodyard (9).

Highlights: Woodyard came to the Titans as a free agent from Denver in 2014 but didn’t have a great impact in his first season. He earned back a starting spot in the Titans' fourth game this season and has been a big piece of a vastly improved defense.

Bell was brought in from Carolina to replace Michael Oher at right tackle, but would up moving to left guard. He started seven games there, but when Mike Mularkey took over, he flipped Bell back to right tackle.

Spain was inserted into the starting lineup at left guard on Nov. 29 against Oakland and has played well enough through two starts to appear locked into the starting lineup for the final quarter of the season. He has worked at guard since he arrived, while third-round pick Jeremiah Poutasi was at right tackle for seven games before the Titans made a switch. Surely the hope is a high pick will ultimately pass an undrafted guy, but as of now Spain outranks Poutasi.

Andrews is the starting running back, while Brinkley and Kern are key special-teamers.
