There are currently 12 players in the Under Armour All-America Game committed to ACC schools. The number of players yet to make announcements that could impact the future of the ACC is a storyline to watch, however.
Chief among those making announcements for the ACC is ESPN 300 No. 26 Rahshaun Smith. The reason is simple. Will the former Clemson commitment and No. 2-ranked outside linebacker announce once again for the Tigers, or will he opt to go with LSU or Auburn. Hometown Maryland and new head D.J. Durkin -- who arrived in College Park with a terrific reputation as a defensive mind and history of developing linebackers was expected to be the team with the best chance to beat out the Tigers, but Maryland has been eliminated with all signs pointing to Clemson.
