This actually happened on five separate occasions: no other pair of brothers has occupied the top two places on a Grand Prix podium.
The first time was in Canada in 2001, when Ralf, driving a Williams, led Michael (Ferrari) home in Montreal.
But that was the only time that Ralf bested Michael when they were the top two: in France in 2001, Brazil in 2002, Canada (again) in 2003, and Japan in 2004 it was Michael who led home the Schumacher family 1-2.
