Max Verstappen will take a grid penalty at the Belgian Grand Prix after Toro Rosso changed the engine on his car.
Toro Rosso's chief race engineer Phil Charles confirmed the engine change and said the team would have to factor that in to its plans for the race.
"As for the race, we will need to understand the tyres well and work on a good strategy, especially for Max now, as he will have to pick-up a grid penalty for changing his engine," Charles said. "It's a pity, being this his home grand prix, but this is racing and we're looking forward to the challenge!"
Meanwhile, Daniil Kvyat was reprimanded for pulling out in the pit lane ahead of Felipe Nasr. The incident also saw Red Bull incur a €10,000 fine.
"Car 26 was released as car 12 was approaching," read the stewards' statement. "In addition the driver did not pay sufficient attention."
Romain Grosjean was also reprimanded for driving unnecessarily slowly in Turn 18 in front Nico Hulkenberg
