Sebastian Vettel fumes after Daniil Kvyat collision

Sebastian Vettel launched an expletive-laden radio rant after being punted out of the Russian Grand Prix by Red Bull's Daniil Kvyat.

Just 14 days after angrily accusing Kvyat of being a "madman" in China, Vettel was caught up in first-corner chaos again when the Russian driver slid into the back of his Ferrari at the start. That caused Vettel to clatter into the other Red Bull of Daniel Ricciardo, before Kvyat drove into the back of Vettel again as the two tried to recover through Turn 3.

Immediately after the crash, Vettel said: "Oh for f--- sake, man! Who the f---!! Oh, I'm out. Crash. Somebody hit me in the f---ing rear in Turn 2, then someone hit me in the f---ing rear again in Turn 3. Honestly. What the f--k are we doing here?"

When speaking to TV after the race Vettel -- who paid a visit to the Red Bull pit wall to speak to his former boss Christian Horner -- had calmed down but was in no doubt who was to blame.

"Look, I don't dislike him, but I think he did a mistake two weeks ago" Vettel said. "I think he did a mistake today - it is fairly obvious - but it doesn't help me now because I am not in the car.

When asked if he had lifted before the second collision, he said: "I looked at the rear of my car, I didn't see big, big damage as I wasn't sure if I had a puncture or whether something structural was broken. Also I was reacting to Lewis, I wanted to attack him straight away because I got a better exit still out of Turn 2, but you know the corner is going left, I was on the right so I lifted off a bit. I saw on the footage now, I think it says it all."

Vettel was unsure whether he had sustained a puncture after the incident.

Asked if he would speak to Kvyat, he replied: "I think there's nothing I could have done differently. I think if anybody needs to talk to somebody I guess it's him."

The stewards handed Kvyat a ten-second stop-go penalty for the incident, which he served on lap six. The Red Bull driver had said on Saturday he would not be change his approach to the start and that Vettel and his other rivals would recieve "no mercy" at the first corner
