With the Houston Rockets making seven-seconds-or-less orchestrator Mike D'Antoni the team's new head coach, it's time to wonder what effect this news will have on James Harden. Is it possible that Harden's already elite individual numbers could climb even higher?
From a fantasy perspective, there is not a lot of room for improvement. According to the player rater, only two-time MVP Stephen Curry outperformed Harden in 2015-16, though the difference between first and second place by that measure was more a chasm than a gap.
That means that what we're really wondering today is whether playing for D'Antoni might bring Harden into consideration for the top overall pick in fantasy drafts this fall.
