Reported Man United, Arsenal target Dragovic key for Kiev - Rebrov

Dynamo Kiev manager Sergei Rebrov is hopeful of keeping hold of reported Manchester United and Arsenal target Aleksandar Dragovic.

Dragovic, 24, has been linked with a move to the Premier League, with United and Arsenal both credited with having an interest in the centre-back.

Rebrov, whose side lost 2-1 to Everton Thursday, rates the Austria international highly and is eager to fend off any potential interest in his signature this summer.

"You are asking about one of the best players in my team and I don't want to lose this player," the London Evening Standard quotes Rebrov as having told reporters.

"He is a top-class player and I hope he will stay with us."

Former Tottenham striker Rebrov admitted he still pays close attention to the Premier League, where he scored 10 goals in 59 appearances for Spurs.

"The Premier League is always interesting for me, whether you are playing in it or just watching it. And it is a very hard league," he added.

"I'm also very pleased for my good friend Tim Sherwood [his former Spurs teammate], who is doing a good job as Aston Villa manager."
