Newly promoted Bologna have completed the signing of veteran midfielder Matteo Brighi.
Former Italy international Brighi, 34, joins from Sassuolo, having made 23 appearances last season as the Neroverdi secured their Serie A status.
"Bologna FC 1909 announce that they have acquired midfielder Matteo Brighi," the club said in a brief statement on their website.
Brighi, who had spells at Juventus, Roma and Parma earlier in his career, will join fellow new signings Lorenzo Crisetig, Antonio Mirante and Luca Rossettini at the Renato Dall'Ara as Bologna target top-flight survival.
