Sunday's MLS game between Sporting Kansas City and FC Dallas was barely 15 minutes old when SKC defender Lawrence Olum and goalkeeper Tim Melia miscommunicated on a simple back-pass. Olum calmly slotted the ball beyond Melia and clearly over the line, only for Melia to recover and sweep the ball back into play.
Miraculously for SKC, the officials didn't see the ball go in and allowed the two teams to play on.
Check the incident above. It's quite something, and to make matters worse for FC Dallas, Olum put his side up 1-0 before halftime with a goal that did stand.
