Southampton striker Ryan Seager has returned to his parent club after suffering a serious knee injury while on loan at Crewe.
Seager suffered the injury during the Railwaymen's 2-2 draw at Rochdale on Tuesday night, shortly after his first professional goal had brought Crewe level in the game.

The 20-year-old had impressed during his four appearances, starting on three occasions, for the Sky Bet League One side.
A statement on Crewe's official website read: "Everyone at Crewe Alexandra would like to thank Ryan for his contributions to the club and wish him well with his recovery.''
