Columbus Crew SC have signed midfielder Dilly Duka after obtaining his right of first refusal from the Montreal Impact, the team has announced.
Columbus sent general allocation money, targeted allocation money and a second-round pick in 2017 to Montreal in the deal.

Duka, who was drafted by Columbus in 2010, has been out of a contract with the Impact since the conclusion of the 2015 season.
"We are excited to welcome Dilly back to Columbus Crew SC," Crew SC boss Gregg Berhalter said in a statement. "Dilly is a dynamic, offensive player who can play a number of positions and we look forward to seeing him adapt to our style of play."
Duka, 26, played for Columbus from 2010-2012. He has collected 11 goals and 13 assists in 123 career MLS appearances.
