Fleetwood managed to escape from Northampton Town's Sixfields ground with a narrow 1-0 victory in League One on Saturday afternoon.
The winning goal was poached by Devante Cole but the Trawlermen definitely also owed a debt of gratitude to their goalkeeper, Alex Cairns, who filed an early contender for Save of the Season to keep Northampton at bay.

Technically, Cairns' outstanding triple block should probably go down as a strong contender for Save(s) of the Season.
Fleetwood held on to secure a narrow win that shunted them up into third place in the table.
